An easy cake, that has been my birthday cake since I was a young kid. This is my grat grandmother’s recipe.

Ingredients

1 1/4 cup sifted flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vinegar
1/3 c cocoa
1 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Sift flower twice, add dry ingredients and sift
Sitr with spoon
Pour 1 cup water, vinegar, oil and vanila. Beat.
Bake 45-60 minutes in a 9 inch square or 35 minutes for 2 8 inch round pans.
